Ordering, Payment & Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days.
Shipping is currently available to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories and possessions, Freely Associated States, and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage Cubic when eligible. Tracking information is provided when available.
Delivery times may vary after an order has been transferred to the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives with a shipping-related problem, please contact us at sig@shuezoo.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders
Books are eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item. Please contact ShueZoo Press within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the received item.
Because our books are produced and sold by a small independent publisher, we do not accept returns except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Privacy Policy
We collect information you provide when placing an order, contacting us, or subscribing to our mailing list. We use this information to process and fulfill orders, provide customer service, communicate with you, and operate our website.
We do not sell your personal information.

Payment information is processed through our payment service provider. ShueZoo Press does not directly store your full credit or debit card number.
